“After taking a PCR pre-flight test 'next day results' at Newcastle Airport which had an 8am Test and the following day 1pm result, with staff not aware of ISO certificate requirements or availability (even on contact centre call) I was happily surprised by the staff's knowledge on arrival at the test centre around my needs for testing & travel, also the advice to help 'ease' the PCR sample taking process provided. The only negative of my experience so far was the website Chat Bot not being aware it was a bot when asked and being able to provide details on how to talk with a real person”

“Our group from the US needed Covid tests for our return. We were able to book an appointment for our travel schedule and pay the reasonable cost online. The testing station was within walking distance of our lodgings. The appointment was on time, completed in minutes and the results were sent within an hour. Excellent for our purposes.”
