“I had the PCR test at the Hammersmith site, expecting the results in two days but was pleasantly surprised to receive them 7 hours after my test! I’m feeling very thankful for the peace of mind knowing that I can leave the UK and get back home in a couple of days. I’ll admit that the cost of the testing Seems excessive and doesn’t match the quality of the facility, however let’s not forget that this is a pop up location and ultimately, they delivered. This was my first test and the staff were helpful in explaining what would happen and the unpleasant feeling of swabbing had subsided within a few minutes.”

“Quite fast and realiable. Friendly staff. Not sure if it's clean enough. I saw a staff member blowing their nose and then just using disinfecting gel rather than washing their hands properly. Being in a COVID-19 testing centre I would have expect them to do so.”
