“I had my first ever PCR test at the Hammersmith site, expecting a result after two days but was pleasantly surprised to have received it 7 hours later. I was thankful for this turnaround time as it brought me peace of mind knowing that I could get back home. Whilst the look and feel of the facility didn’t meet expectations based on the cost, let’s not forget that these are pop up locations and ultimately, they delivered. The staff were very helpful in explaining how things would go and the unpleasant feeling of swabbing subsided within a few minutes. Thank You!”
