Thank you for your review and feedback regarding the size of the strawberries on receipt. They are only just starting to come out of dormancy so don't look great, but once planted will soon thrive and put on lots of growth. “Good deliveryservice, but 3 of the 6 plants I ordered were of a very poor condition, broken stems, crooked and barely alive, they had all been boxed laying on their side - as the box was too small for them to be standing up !
The other 3 were very good and healthy. I raised a query and submitted photo evidence within 1 hour of receiving the plants, and was simply told, re-pot or put out into the ground and wait 4 weeks to see if they recover as the roots will be fine !
Let's see what happens next.
I have done this, and now have to wait 4 weeks and see if the 3 plants do recover - Not what I was expecting as the quality of plant or service.”

I’m really sorry to hear about the condition of some of your plants on arrival. They are only just coming out of winter dormancy so do not look at their best as they still carry last years growth, which is why we have asked you to pot them up and let the newly forming roots settle so that they can put on new spring growth. If they fail to thrive then please do reach out to our customer service team to let them know.
