“Plants have all arrived but have much less growth than I expected. However I have been assured by customer service that this is just because it is so early in the year. They were well packaged and continued to grow over the last week. Maybe 5 stars are merited, but I need to wait to see how they progress over the year. Good value otherwise.”

I bought some gooseberry and raspberry plants on line. I’m happy with the products and have them planted out now. My only slight quibble is that when I order on line I would normally expect an indication at the time of order or shortly after, of when the item is likely to be dispatched and again, particularly since it was in Ireland, dispatch would happen quickly. In the end I had to contact Parkers myself (first using the bot online (unsuccessful) and then more manually. At that point I got assurance from a staff member that the items would be delivered by end Feb. It might be that I’m just not used to ordering plants on line!! Possibly just reply with an estimated delivery date when you receive the order? Many thanks.”

I am sorry that you had difficulty locating the delivery information. We do advise approximate delivery times against each product on the website. Once the products are going through our picking and packing process we will send an email to let you know that dispatch is imminent.
