“Good afternoon, The lack of information as to when the bulbs would be delivered was very disappointing. If I had known I had to wait months for the delivery it would have been most useful. A query was submitted to customer service about christmas time - this was never answered. An email sent to sales earlier this month was answered and gave some hope that my money wasn't wasted.
I have just noticed that the next question concerns delivery time, it would be difficult to answer the way it is posed ...
I hope that if I place an order again that the experience will be much better. As it stands I could not recommend anyone to buy from J Parkers Ireland.”

Thank you for your review! Delivery times are clearly shown on our website and on the confirmation of order, I’m sorry they were not noticed when the order was placed.
I am only able to find the one email from you under the email address given on your order so it's likely we didn't receive the first one. I note that the order has now been completed within the timeframe originally advertised.

“It is great that Parkers set up a dedicated supply channel for the Irish market. My dahlias tubers arrived promptly and look really healthy. I ordered 8 varieties. There was a really great range to choose from and at very reasonable prices. Now I’m turning my to other plants!”

“Ordering from J Parkers Ireland was very easy. My order stated it would be delivered by the end of February. Due to having a combination of bare root, potted and some bulbs, both the bare rooted roses and potted plants were delivered straight away. The bulbs will be delivered later. Email sent was sent to me to confirm this delivery. Excellent service.
All items were well wrapped for transport.”
