“Thank you! The packaging of the smaller, more fragile plants protected them completely for a safe delivery. Everything arrived in order and before it was originally slated, as I requested since I was not going to be present to plant them otherwise. I appreciate the extra attention to my request and the resulting service and results. The plant are always healthy. It selection is enchanting, I enjoy looking, and I seem unable to escape the magic cast with the range of choices!”

Thank you for your review, and I am truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the strawberries. At this time of year, they can look a little tired because they are grown and kept outdoors, so some dieback is natural during the winter months. We avoid removing the old growth at this stage, as doing so can risk damaging the rootstock. Once planted and the roots begin to establish, you should see fresh new growth emerging in the spring.
We are also very sorry that we were unable to supply the specific strawberry variety you requested. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control. However, I can confirm that the alternative requested was sent in its place.

“Ordered x32 bare root roses (8 each of 4 varieties). Took a while to come - approx 8-9 weeks - but extremely pleased with the quality of plants and packaging (each rose sealed in own bag and labelled). Only shame was that things were short one 'Dearest' rose - didn't realise until planting the other day and so I didn't bother chasing it up. Wouldn't mind getting an 'order dispatched' email or some such so could be better prepared/have all ready for planting.”

Roses were delayed by the growers due to the poor weather in Europe which delayed lifting and subsequently then we were in the Christmas period which added to the delays.
We also appreciate the suggestion about an order dispatched email, you should of received one advising that your order was being prepared ready for dispatch.
