“Ordered 14x embroidered caps, after delivery the quality of the embroidery on 9 out of 14 caps were completely unsatisfactory. Embroidery not clear or finished clearly. Lots of stray threads, extra stitching lines, slightly misaligned on some also. Informed JRS who came back offering a reduction however I requested a full refund as they were ordered for the launch of a new business therefore due to this, the complete uniform was not available. JRS refused a full refund as the caps have been produced despite zero quality control taking place. Informed them that I was entitled to reject the good as per the Consumer Rights Act which was initially bot acknowledged. After further emails the poor quality items were collected and returned back to JRS for inspection. After informing JRS I didn't want the products re-made due to losing faith in their ability to provide satisfactory quality goods, poor level of service I was provided with a full refund. Very dissatisfied with the quality and finished and also the poor attitude towards resolving this issue.”

“The value for money and communication is first rate. Although there was a slight delay with the delivery of my garment I was informed immediately and kept in the loop. JRS are extremely easy to deal with and I won't hesitate to buy from them again with the utmost confidence.”
