“A great experience all round, easy to pick your (in my case) T shirt and easy to upload the design. Excellent T's in a good range of sizes and we are very pleased with the end result, the printing really stands out. Also, they were delivered before the estimated due date and that is a major bonus for us.”

“DO NOT USE!!!! Our company made a large order of PPE. Having paid for next day delivery, the items eventually arrived after 6 days. they blamed the courrier and refunded the charge, but as it was needed within 2 days we returned most if it as we had needed to source elsewhere. After using the guide provided for returns, they confirmed receipt and suddenly advised of a 'restock fee of 25%' being applied. This is not mentioned in their returns policy, and only vaguely mentioned in the T & C's section, with no values attached. Our director is a solicitor and says they are not allowed to do this, but get away with it as no one has the time or money to fight them due to costs. It was confirmed in an email how much would be refunded, plus VAT but the VAT was never added, leaving us very short changed. Amanda has ignored my emails chasing this. I have argued this charge, when able to actually speak to someone (the telephone system just loops around and gives 'guidance to look online'), but they just refer to the T & C's, which are not acknowledged when you order or have a tick box to comfirm acceptance before paying. They are unethical and extrememly underhand, with a total disregard forn the law and common decency. They have been reported to trading standards and a small claims action is being processed next week.”

“This is my mistake I bought three times all before the first order arrived. Photos look different to me wearing them and great if I like the darts professional look but I don’t £200 wasted all my fault”

“I believe you are a great company and I can see the potential in you, but I have had some issues with my first order and I am hoping you will learn from these mistakes that have been made, and I appreciate that you are trying to help me to fix this situation because we need to help each other to learn and grow so im grateful that you are sending a courier to pick up the garments and replace them and you're going to look into your quality control more as its important to give your customers what they ask for 🥰”
