“Whilst the qaulit and the actual work onthe hats are reallly good, the way in which the order was handled and the time it took and the communication was not good, and the ony reason i got the product in the end was becuase i threatened to cancel. THey said 20 days after the order was made and it was longer then that, it was only when i called to fnd out where the order was they they got it into production days after i had already called previously and i was told it was being done and they would get the order out the next day which was a lie as they hadnt even started the order Good quality but rubbush service”

“JRS. Needs to use another courier company been sent 3 notifications that delivery would be on the day and I’m still waiting not impressed considering to return item when received as I’ve had to buy the same item as I desperately needed them”
