“We ordered safety boots that did not fit. I decided that physically trying a pair on would be a better option. We returned the boots (made very easy), and even got a refund for the postage charge. It was all done effortlessly and quickly, such a pleasant change. I would reccomend this ccompany to anyone. Carl and Kulvinder Pears.”

“I was explained, some of the order would be delayed from there suppier. Everything else was delivered on time and on the date mentioned, and within five days the rest of the order arrived. I would definitely order again from this company and you are able to speak to someone on the telephone”

“My review is more about the delivery company used more so than JRS. Bought a jacket from the website. got an email from APC saying itll be delivered the day after the email. got home to find no package. thought ok ill wait for the next day. same thing, got an email with a time, got home, no package. then it was sunday so gave it till monday. same thing happened monday. I checked the tracking and even though it showed the time, the tracker showed the van parked up at the depot. tuesday came and went with the same thing. wednesday i gave up so went to the depot myself and asked why it was such a poor service. the guy was kind of helpful, I stated the tracking showed the time for delivery but the van was parked in the yard. he found my parcel for me and i left. Jacket is nice and warm, glad i bought it. JRS, please find another delivery partner please. sorry to give you low stars but based on overall experience it was poor.”

“Jacket is lovely but took a long time to arrive, I was messed around by courier company APC. Told delivery time then after time slot tracking disappeared and it was put to the next day. This happened 3 times. So I wasted so much time waiting in for the jacket to arrive. I emailed JRS to advise and had nothing back from JRS. Then parcel finally arrived 90 minutes after the latest time slot 5 days after original delivery day. Still nothing from jrs so would recommend jacket but the high customer service was definitely missing as didn’t seem to get any service at all and would not order from them again if they use APC for the delivery. Company contacted me after I received the jacket and were very apologetic. They are reviewing their courier options so hope things improve in the future as my hubby has said it’s one of the best winter jackets he’s ever worn and he’s been lovely and warm even with this bad weather we’ve had”
