“The sim was good. The biggest issue and why I wouldn't recommend it to say my parents is the need to know how to scan a QR code off your own screen. Depending on the phone this is a difficult and unnecessary task. 5 stars if it wasn't for that.”

“Used Knowroaming for at least 10 years, back when we placed the sticker on your SIM card. The ESim is simpler, faster and more versatile. Top up of data is seamless and the system worked extremely well in the UK and Portugal. Very Happy😉”

“I have been using KnowRoaming since 2016, the ability to be able to be connected while out of my own country has always mattered to me. The eSIM offered, is easy to use, works well with no problems. I’m able to set the eSIM before I leave and when I arrive, I’m set and ready to communicate. Excellent help service, best I have received .”

“Did not work when we arrived in Turkey. It was sorted quickly with help once we were back on hotel wifi, but it will be great if you somehow can test it before hand.”

“KnowRoaming’s service has significantly deteriorated. The coverage is poor, and the data performance is abysmal, rendering it practically useless for communication apps. Calls drop frequently, and data speeds are disappointingly slow, making apps like WhatsApp and Skype nearly unusable. Customer support is unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Overall, the lack of reliability and subpar coverage make KnowRoaming a service I cannot recommend.”
