“The website was fine, the price was appropriate. I ordered an RX for my pet. Shipping was fast. Inside the box, the lid was not on the bottle, pills were spilled throughout the packaging, and the order was short several doses due to falling out of the seams of the box. I found a dose on my front step and another inside my mailbox. This was my first order with Koala, and it's never happened with Chewy.”

It seems that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am disappointed in your service.”
