“VERY distressed with how long it took to get my pets meds...1st. Due in part to original script required (not your fault) taking 4-5 days to get there and then a few days to get confirmation from you then 2 more days for you to read an e mail response I sent. .....
I then requested an overnite delivery I was willing to pay for but was told you do not do...then finally I was informed the required med was not even in stock... this was an antibiotic !!!
The final resolve was me going back to my vet to purchase the antibiotic...very embarrassing and 2 -3xs as expensive... plus my dogs infection raged for an unnecessary 2+ more weeks!^
Your staff was always very kind and understanding on the phone but processing time, communication and inventory records need major improvements

“I ordered from another online service for my dog's eyedrops at the same time I ordered pills from Koala. The other company was able to get me the eye drops about a week before I received the medication from Koala. It seemed to take Koala longer to communicate with the Vet office than the other company. I ordered on March 2nd and did not get the meds until March 18th. I had to pay extra for emergency meds so we'd have enought while I waited for the order.
Also, the hankerchief for my dog and handwritten note were a nice idea, but both were thrown away and felt wasteful. I am not looking for a cute service for my dog's medication, but rather something efficient.”

“It took a really long time to receive my monthly meds for my 5 cats and dogs. I actually had to buy a month's worth from the vet because it took so long. My vet had to give authorization mutiple times because you guys said you had not received them. This never happened at Ped Meds which I have used for years but wanted to give you all a chance. “Order took a week to fill only after several phone calls. My email to customer service was never answered when my order wasn't being processed. The vet never received the order which caused the delay. The package was then lost in a USPS hole. The woman I spoke with was nice but that was the only good experience I've had with Koala. Won't be using you again.”

“The reason I give you a lower review is simply because the medication was not delivered at all within the timeframe it was over 21 days from the day I ordered it to the day I got it. That’s frustrating due to the fact this medication keeps my dog alive, but with that said everybody, everyone I have talked to has been more than gracious and nice. It would be nice if there was some sort of discount applied to my next order due to the timeframe it took to receive the medication. “Because of a prescription issue I couldn’t get the complete script I was after. Granted it was my vets fault, however when I contacted koala about the issue they won’t recognize the original offer… so guess I’ll be looking elsewhere when this order runs out.”
“The website is difficult to navigate and uninformative. The account information lacks details such as what kind of autoships are set up and when they will next be sent. There are no options to pay without saving credit card information. The company is disorganized and lacks the essential products that my dog needs. All of her prescriptions and supplements are either out of stock or unavailable on the website. Compared to other pet pharmacies, this one is terrible and not one I would recommend or ever use again. I’m going back to my other resources and hope my veterinarian changes back to their old pharmacy or a more reputable one. Very disappointed with “Koala.””
“I was offered a 50% discount on my first purchase. I bought a $64 Seresto collar. The online app did not work. I had to call to do the tranaction. They said it would be $32 with my discount. I got off the phone and they sent me a receipt for $64. I called back and they said they would probably give me the discount when the product shipped. What a weird way to do business. When the product shipped, they sent me another receipt with the correct amount of $32. It was a disappointing and confusing process.”
