“Ordered 11/8 and did not get until end of the month despite providing appropriate vet contact information. This is a life saving drug and will order from another pharmacy due to how long it took to receive the medication”

And as I'm on the west coast and they're on the East Coast with the time difference it's very hard to reach them by phone. There is no after hour support or chat. There's easier companies out there to do business with.”

“I have been happy with Koala. So much so I recommended to my daughter. She had a HORRIBLE experience. Her order was automatically reordered 6 weeks later. She did NOT receive the 3 day reminder email as is policy. She received the "thank you for your order" email at 6am and 6 hours later the email that the order shipped. As soon as she saw this she tried to cancel. After several emails and phone calls, Koala refused to cancel and refund her. $90 out of her pocket. I will fill my remaining prescriptions because I have to, but Koala has lost a loyal customer.”
“When I initially used Koala Health, everything went smoothly. I honestly didn't think I signed up for Auto Ship, as it was for a script that my dog only takes 1 time a year (that's good for 3 mos.). I didn't see any reminder emails, and only until I saw something was being shipped could I call. They said I could not return it, even though I will not need it again until next May.”
“Price for medication was very good, but it seemed to take a very long time. I reached out twice to customer service and never got a response to my inquiry. Also and most importantly, now that the medication is here, and I tried to split it for my dogs, dose, parts of it, crumbled! I clearly checked the pictures for the description of this drug Novox and the pictures showed a more oval shaped pill clearly scored that could easily be broken. That is not the same as what I got!”
“Website is not user friendly. Subscription details weren’t in the payments and subscription section which seems odd. Also, if I have other options and prices are similar, I don’t want any subscription service with a company that requires reaching out to cancel instead of allowing the ability to cancel online.”
