“At first Koala Health was great. The medicines were delivered promptly with no issue, but lately it has taken longer and longer to get my dogs' meds. I have it on automatic delivery but have been running out due to the delays and that is not safe for my animals.”
“Every year it is very easy to get my dog's heart medication. It is just a phone call and they contact my veteranian for approval. The medication was at my house in less than a week from the first phone call.”
“The time it took for me to get the prescription was absolutely ridiculous. The tracking was not updated and I have yet to hear back about a refund of the medication my cat did not respond well to! I will never use this company again, I can’t believe my vet had me use you. She should be ashamed since this company has a barely 2 star rating.”
