“Koala Health has been a pain to order from. The time between ordering prescriptions and them shipping is unacceptable (2 weeks is way too long). Customer service blamed my vet office each time I reached out, but I had been in communication with my vet and knew they were sending everything over timely. Chewy is a much smoother process. Also, to charge me $100 more and tell me my coupon will not be accepted after I placed my order, paid, and over a week and a half has passed is inexcusable. I can't recommend Koala Health because of my negative experiences.”
“It took, weeks longer than it was supposed to to get a life affirming medication for my pet. Because this medicine was not sent on time i was required to get my pet an emergency vet vist and pay for the vist plus the fees to have this medication given by the vet.
I called and left multiple messages with customer service requesting calls back to discuss the matter and never heard back
This meant there was no savings in choosing to business with Koala Pet Pharmacy and it put my pet's life at risk simply because Koala couldn't be bothered to fill a prescription in a timely manner.
1/10 would not reccomend.”

“False advertising showing pet medication in "pillpack" type packages. Ordered through them and the medicine came in bottles. I contacted them and they said customers have to request the medicine that way. Nowhere they say on the website says nothing about requesting in advance. Completely false advertising.”
