“I wish I could give them 0 star. I had placed an order last year with a subscription and since they took weeks before the purchase was processed and shipped to me I wrote to them requesting my subscription to be cancelled which they did not. Fast forward to this month I got another charge from them because they reshipped the previously subscription order I had requested to cancel. They keep ignoring my emails for a refund and have the audacity to send me an email requesting a review. I don't ever want to hear from this company again.”

I received my dogs flea/tick meds as scheduled however the arthritis medicine ordered is still pending delivery, I believe is was scheduled to be delivered 2/22?? This though I do not think is an issue with Koala, but with USPS. I am following the tracking info through USPS, the package is moving but not getting to my home. Again, I have been happy with Koala, this seems to be a USPS issue.”
