“I’m confused. I believe I being contacted by both Koala health for my Bella’s Trazodone & Rocky Hill Animal Hospital. In mid-May all went well and was delivered by Koala. However, 3 days ago Rocky Hill suggested I refill. I did, paying Covetrus, where RH had sent me.
Summary: I’m receiving the Trazodone needed at about the same price, but who should I be getting it from?
P.S. I’d talk to someone, but I doubt it would do any good. I think the 3 other entities need to sort this.”
“As advertised, arrived fairly quickly given they have to contact vet. Trusted through vet so I do like that. Prices general in line with other mail order pet meds, though a little higher for this one. Unsure if I’ll continue without discounts/coupons as I’ve never had an issue with 1800petmeds or chewy even though some say there is caution. But otherwise good service with Koala. Keep your prices low or at least competitive and I’m happy to stay. 👍”
