“I was very happy with the quality and price of my rug. When in the store staff were lovely and helped with the return of a smaller rug and ordered a larger rug which I kept. Would definitely recommend Kukoon Rugs.”

“Excellent quality true to photos online.I highly recommend this company I have had 6 rugs from them.Great packaging and fast delivery.The only thing I would say ,this was a big rug 160x230 it is light in weight I made a mistake not getting anti slip on.I have bought a slip mat which is perfect for the rug.This rug was put on a solid polished wooden floor my mistake.”

“Lovely showroom with lots of rugs easily viewed. Staff are fantastic allowing us to try rug at home before purchase. As we needed the rug asap they contacted the manufacturer and courier to expidite the delivery. Many thanks to kukoon for a seamless purchase.”
