“Experience with the company was very good and delivery was fast. The rug, however, wasn't as good as I expected, having bought two rugs from Kukoon before that were excellent. Sadly this third one seems thinner than the others but I am keeping it because the pattern is nice, and the same shades as the photos, and goes well in my room.”

“Fantastic service I bought in store I had purchased 2 rugs one didn't suit colour of room.brought it back . Ordered a diffrent one then.relised it was going to be 2 big later theatre evening Returned to shop.mext morning first thimg Rachel dealt with me i think I was her first customer and talk.aboit have a nightmare customer first thing (me) Well she was fantastic she got it all sorted Had my parchal refund inm3 days and the rug was delivered at 8.05 by gas next morning . Hands down best customer service I've had in.a very long time I'm.not one for writing reviews but with the hassle free service I had to .
