“I bought a grey flatweave runner rug. The picture in the advert shows a runner rung but I received a regular rug….not a runner. I should have checked the measurements. I assumed because it was called a runner rug that it was long & narrow. I now have a big rug in my narrow hall unfortunately!! Edges still curling up after 3 days also.”

“Wow. Arrived next working day. The rug is beautiful. Really pleased. Just what our lounge needed. I wanted to make it cosy for the winter. Colours are better than the picture! Easy to lay and soft to walk on. Delighted!”
