“Customer service were very helpful when I couldn't find the rug colour I wanted. They pointed me straight to it. It arrived, as promised on the date it was promised. The rug is lovely quality and makes my conservatory look cosy for the winter. I have bought several things from kukoon and have always been happy.”

“Could not recommend Kukoon more. They were so helpful and gave me great advice before I purchased. They even sent me pictures of the rugs from the showroom. The rugged south was super quality and I’m absolutely delighted with it. I will absolutely be back for more superb company to deal with.”

“First time customer: Free delivery is nice, but when the promise is delivery is in 2 working days and then the courier says the pacakge is dalyed but doesn't say how long for, and then can't tell me an ETA for another 3 days despite trying to get an answer AND that Kukoon's own CS didn't follow up on where my items were is disappointing. Added to that the rugs themselves, although a reasonable cost, I feel the product photos doen't quite match the colour of the real item (I appreciate it's difficult to achieve) and feel of a lesser quality than the photos and blurbs portray. Good marketing, good website, slightly underwhelming in reality. I wonder about the rave reviews. The rugs just aren't that good. They're not bad, just OK. €25 for a very thin piece of underlay definitely doesn't make the rug feel noticeably more cushioned or comfortable - it's a bit overprived. €15 would be more acceptable. The packaging of the rugs also was a bit.... well, they were dry, but two of the 3 were extremely squashed (not rolled very well, with edges curled up. 3 days later the rugs still haven't flattened out very well). I am considering returing 2 of the 3 rugs I bought because of the lack of quality and colour matching. I probably won't be ordering further items from Kukoon.”

“I've ordered a few rugs off Kukkoon over the last few years and I've never been disappointed. They are always great quality, long lasting and as seen on screen. I have bought rugs for indoors, and outdoors and they are all lovely. Quick delivery too, and good value for money, no complaints from me at all!”

“I ordered a carpet on September 10 and I understood that the order would arrive in two working days and today is Sunday and I still don't know anything about my order. The order was placed on Tuesday and the ivy from the warehouse was supposed to be on Wednesday, and the arrival at my address was supposed to be Friday at the latest. 😔”

“I have shopped twice at Kukoon in the last couple of months. The experience was first class. Excellent staff who know the products and when I explained we had a dog the girl directed me to pet friendly washable range. Beautiful rugs and great range of colourways. Great value for money and look lovely. I would recommend Kukoon rugs to anyone. Also all packaging is recyclable as well which I appreciate very much.”

“As someone who has purchased from Kukoon Rugs several times I have always have had a very positive experince with them, fast delivery, good customer service and geat prices for high quality rugs. The only thing that will prevent me from ordering in future is the use of GLS as the courier company to deliver the items, there is an issue with GLS every single time they are completely unreliable, incompetent and impossible to get in contact with. It is a shame Kukoon would have to lose a customer through no fault of their own but through an extremely poor courier service.”
