“I change rugs quite regularly because I have pets . I have previously bought from quite a few retailers and payed a lot and expensive delivery on top!! But since I took a chance on kukoon online shop I haven’t looked back! Great service, great quality and very competitive prices ( free delivery!!) can’t go wrong!! Definitely recommend!!”

“We have ordered two rugs from Kukoon. Having been happy with the small rug we purchased a couple of years ago, we used Kukoon for a new large rug for our second reception room (which is used as a study / TV room / guest room). We had trouble finding the style, colour (dark green) and size (160x230) we wanted and Kukoon had one that fit our needs at a very reasonable price. The ordering and delivery were very smooth with excellent updates from the courier used and shipping withing a few days of ordering. Unfortuntaely, the rug had an issue in that the short edges were not finished straight and hence the shape of the rug was not a rectangle with nice square edges and looked very "wonky" when laid on the wooden floorboards. I contacted Kukoon's customer service who responded very quickly, accepting the issue (I sent some photos) and they offered a range of options: either (i) £30 discount if I wanted to keep the rug (ii) full refund or (iii) replacement. As we liked the rug apart from the issues with the shape, we arranged for a replacement which was sent in a couple of days and the collection of the original was also on the same day as the new one was delivered. The replacement was finished nicely with square edges, so clearly the issue with the first one was an isolated issue. We are very happy with the rug. So whilst we would have rather not had the issue with the original, Kukoon's friendly and fast customer service in dealing with the matter was excellent and above our expectations.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. The rug was delivered past its expected delivery time, and I had to contact Kukoon for an update. When it finally arrived a day late, both the delivery driver and I noticed numerous black stains on the rug, visible through tears in the packaging as well as through the intact plastic. The delivery driver took the rug back and mentioned that he would share images with his manager. I reported this to Kukoon and requested a refund, but their response was to provide me with a list of tasks to complete. Given that the rug is now in their possession, they should be able to inspect it directly. I am still waiting on an update on my refund.”
