“Sent me a pharmaceutical item that was manufactured in May of 2020, that was delivered to me near the end of this Feb, and has an expiration date of April of 2024. That's two months from the time I received an item that was made in 2020.
Twice I've tried to contact them about this, and have received no responses.

“My main problem is about how the pricing is presented on the website. I recently ordered an item for about 30$ USD. That seemed like a great price based on what was presented on the product's page. When I ordered, I found out that the shipping costs were about the same as the price of the product. Then, the price in USD was converted to CAD, which resulted in a total of about 75$ CAD. Up to here, I'd agree that those price increases are not ludicrous, but they could have been better presented on the product's page. There is no option to show the price in other currencies and the shipping cost is hidden (unlike on Amazon, for example). And then, once I paid all those fees, I got charged an extra 23$ by DHL, the delivery service, for some obscure reason that I still cannot understand. I had already paid the delivery fees in full beforehand, and now I need to pay again? Such fee was not shown anywhere on the product's page, in the card or during checkout. And to clarify, I was advised of those fees AFTER the item was shipped, meaning that I either had to pay the fees or simply agree to give away 75$ for a slap in the face. No other shipping options were available, so I could not have picked a different delivery service or a slower delivery which, presumably, would have been cheaper. This in particular is unacceptable. In summary, what I thought would cost 30$ cost me around 100$.”
