“Life Lab offers a fast service and seems efficient. My problem is that the Size 0 capsule maker I bought is very poor in use compared to the Wananfu 000 capsule maker I already have. There is a poorly designed spreader, and the tamper is difficult to locate correctly, whereas the Wananfu machine is reliable, easy in use, has a well designed spreader and tamper and one can make many many more capsules at one go than with this tiny machine. I found it to be as much trouble to make just a very few capsules as it is to make 100 with the Wananfu. The Life Lab capsule maker tends to crush and split the capsules, which are rather brittle. Again, I have never encountered an issue with brittle capsules before. I would not recommend the products and I would not buy again. I wish I could return it but I have used it, albeit I will not ever use it again. It will go in the bin.”

In regards to the capsule machine, Size 000 capsules will not work in a Size 0 capsule machine. This is potentially why you may have been having issues.

“Lifelabs failed to reply to my earlier email regarding offering separated Pullulan capsules compared to what they supply, even though as supplement sellers they 'obviously' use separated capsules to make their own supplements. Perhaps they may think that if they sell separated capsules, customers who buy bulk separated capsules to sell would be in competition with them?”

“They had the one supplement that not many others sell: Naringin. The purchase process was smooth. Price a bit too high. However products that according to the website are available actually are not :-/ My latest purchase has taken two months and I have not yet receive my purchase. Problems: a combination of out of stock and a mess with the delivery, where they send my purchase to wrong adress. After my multiple follow up, they promissed to correct the address but they modify it to another wrong one again :-/ Hope I one day will receive my purchased product. And hope the long delivery time and multiple transportation and returns has not exposed the product to heat and humidity ?> spoiled product”
