“Some competetive pricing, fast delivery and good customer service, in particular from Sam.
Information on back ordered stock could be more clearly shared with the customer, particularly when an order is paid in full. The 'order has shipped' email and the delivery paperwork imply all stock was shipped, when we were actually short of items.”

“Your review arrived a week before the product arrived - it arrived 4 May . The box was split and retaped by Australia Post but still some powder was loose in the crushed corner which was still open to the air . I suggest some padding inside the box would have provided safer transit - it was loose in a spacious box”

“Blackburn Distributions were helpful and the shipment was fast. Although the product gave me a bad case of acne (cystic acne). I stopped using the product, and the acne was gone, although now I have a lump on my forehead that hasn't eased down. I know that most companies source from China, but I have NEVER had acne from any product sold by, say Bodybuilding.com or Powder City. I believe that, as far as customer service, they are solid. But there products as not of good quality.”
