“Always quality bird food. I can buy cheaper locally but the birds know the difference and shun inferior fat balls . Living with Birds buggy dumplings and mixed seed can be cleared out in 24 hours. We get goldfinches too, especially when I put out Niger seeds.”

“Purchased the Citro San for my Bird Bath and the Feeder Fresh for my bird feeders. Delivery was prompt and the items were well packaged. I bouught the Citro San before and can highly recommend this as a natural but effective cleaning product - which helps to keep the water clear and clean for longer. First time using the Feeder Fresh but a friend recommended it, so I will wait and see.”

“Good products. Happy birds; unhappy squirrels! Prompt, helpful service. Only problem is that your courier often leaves the very heavy parcel with our neighbour who is kind enough to carry it round as I have mobility problems. He got it right after I sent you 'what3words' but has lapsed since.”

“My order and delivery was fine however trying to take advantage of the Feb free dellivery offer I ended up paying the delivery charge. The offer was providing you spent over £20. My purchase amounted to £20.69 but because I had "foodclub saving" of £1.03 the resulting final total was £23.56. If I didn't have the "foodclub saving" (presumbly because I am a regular customer) my total would have been £20. I phoned to discuss this matter with one of your colleagues today and the suggestion was that in future I should phone when I place an order on line if there is an offer attached so the total can be adusted. Surely this problem can be sorted without the necessity of an additional phone call.”

“We buy all our bird feeding needs from Living with Birds; the quality is excellent and our bird visitors clearly love it. I just wish they weren't let down by the delivery company, this time DPD, who left the plastic-free box on my front step and not, as the 'proof of delivery' claimed in my porch. Even the photo showed it on the step! This is in full view from the road and a hostage to the elements.”
