“Range and quality is excellent. Delivery was fast and packaging good. My only complaint is that I had asked for the parcel to be put in the garden shed as I am disabled and cannot carry heavy items. The driver left it on the doorstep in the rain and drove off. I had to open the parcel outside and bring each item inside. The parcel did have my request on it, but in very small print and nowhere near the address label, so the driver may not have seen it.”

“Quick service the products were here in a couple of days. Excellent value and sturdy well made bird feeders. Easy to replace the block when finished and even a shelter for.the birds as they feast. I have a major problem with crows, rooks and magpies attacking the smaller birds at the open feeders )which I know is completely natural) but now the smaller ones have food the bigger ones can’t access.”

“The live mealworms I ordered arrived in very good condition. I know these are a bit more expensive then some competitors but having sampled those which were not in good condition I order from Jacobi Jayne with confidence. My robins would certainly agree with me. They are always coming asking for more!”

“My deliveries are always timely with good information on the order received and the delivery date. Packaging is generally good although I have has a broken flutter butter jar occasionally. Service is good, quality of the products is excellent and I look forward to continuing my orders. The birds love the food and it is always busy around the feders, of which I have many. Ducks and shrews come to feed on the ground below so it is all round good news.”
