“Jacobi Jayne has been supplying us with quality bird food for over 20 years and the woodcrete bird boxes we bought from them are used every year and are still in excellent condition. Communication is excellent, delivery is prompt and most importantly the birds are thriving. Very satisfied. Thanks.”

“I have been a customer for 29 years. purchased my first bird food and droll yankee feeder from a garage next to their then house! always happy to replace worn out items which have a lifetime warranty to keep the burds fed. I have tried alternative feeds but they never come anywhere near the quality from jacobi and jayne. many thanks”

“The service I received was excellent- I made an order and part of it was received the next day. All of it had been delivered within 2 days - as we live in the North of Scotland this was great - far better than many other companies! The goods were well wrapped and high quality. THANK YOU”

“Would give 10 stars easily. Customer Service were brilliant when I received my order that had been damaged. It wouldn't have been a problem but the Flutter Butter boxes were gifts. I ordered 2 Little Seed Lanterns, again as gifts, and mentioned the damaged boxes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite and despatched my lanterns and replacement boxes the following day. I have ordered from this company in the past and can vouch for the quality and value of their products as well as the excellent customer service and prompt delivery, I cannot fault them. Thank you and every success in the future, I shall certainly continue to use you.”
