“I've ordered items off you for a long while, I always get someone very nice when I order over the phone and the delivery of goods always arrives in good condition on the date that I'm given by you. The quality of the bird feeders is excellent, I've still got one and it's five years old.”

“Flutter butter fantastic product, the birds love it - I had an issue with the product to begin (my fault entirely) and complained to customer service who very politely sorted me out inspite of me getting it wrong!”

“Firstly, the delivery was exceptionally fast, within 2 days. Unfortunatley the local birds don't seem to be keen on meal worms at the moment. Whilst they clear every bit of peanut butter (from another company) and fat balls, they are not interested in seed feeders or the suet pellets. I'm just going to be patient and keep trying. I will be back to buy quite a few things, but a little at a time, your selection is fantastic. I really want to try the bird houses, so maybe that will be my next order. Thank you very much, I wil be reccomending you to all my friends”

“Very compact little feeder. Unfortunately the squirrels loved it so I had to move it next to the house. I haven't seen as many birds going to it since I moved it!”

“I've always been very pleased with the quality of the bird foods and the packaging and the pricing. My only disappointment hence not giving 5 stars, is that when ordering two nest boxes, for a Christmas present, one had a split door caused by the screw. I glued it, but reported it to Customer Care along with a photo, who responded that if it didn't work, I could have a replacement. In the event the gluing didn't work as the tight fitting of the door pulled the split open. I went back to Customer Care and asked for the replacement. I'm advised it is on it's way. So it's 4 stars plus!”

“I'm afraid it was not initially a good experience. I ordered three "FlutterButter" suet mixes in jars but one arrived broken. It was , however,replaced at no charge very quickly arriving the day after I alerted them to the problem. The birds love the mix and I have to fill up the feeder often twice every day.”

“Hi, I have been purchasing bird feed from Living Birds for a number of years now and found that they have many appreciative customers: Great, Blue and Long Tailed Tits, Magpies, Greater Spotted Woodpeckers, Chaffinch, Pigeons, Crows and sometimes parakeets. Here in the West Midlands it seems a good thing to support our bird life by providing good food.”
