“I’m absolutely thrilled with my rings! They are stunningly gorgeous and shine beautifully, giving them such an expensive look. The customer service was exceptional—truly top-notch. I had to do an exchange, and they were kind enough to hold my rings for me since I wouldn’t be around for the delivery. As soon as I got back, I sent an email, and they had the rings delivered to me in less than a week. I’m definitely buying another set soon—I’m a loyal customer for life! 😊”

“Rings came quickly, however I had a problem with the shank on the solitaire stone it was catching on everything, obviously not good, I contacted them asking how to exchange and after 2 days received a reply asking me take pictures, taking pictures of tiny ring shanks is difficult so I asked why. They replied again 2 days later saying this was there policy, I said I am not asking for a refund just an exchange. The two eternity rings are badly made they again catch on clothing etc. Eventually I gave up and have kept the poorly made solitaire. So if you are in any way looking to buy from this company do not expect good after sales. I would not want to exchange for exactly the same ring if it was not poorly made in the first place. Looks wise they are ok but nothing special, and not worth the premium asked. Shop around and go elsewhere, I wish I had.”

“What a fantastic experience I had with my first order with Luxe Emporium! I ordered the ring sizer last Monday, and received it on the Wednesday. I made a order for 2 rings straight away once I'd got my correct ring size and they arrived 2 days later on the Friday! So happy with both rings, great quality and stunning sparkle on them and they fit perfectly! I have just ordered 2 more rings on the BOGOF offer! Affordable stunning rings without breaking the bank! “The item are beautiful I have no problem with them at all , other than make them up to a size 10 so that persons can stack them. When you email people don't look at the hole story as it means you don't have to rely the same thing every time. Plus pass info to clear pay or Klara instead of them having to message me to message you to deal with the issue when people return items.”
