Very bad customer service. Had to wait for an hour to speak with someone to cancle my service. After 1 month it had not been cancled, so I had to go through the whole process agian. When I ask if they had everything from me to cancel, I never got a clear Yes or No.

Worst mobile network in the UK. I purchased a £27 internet bundle and more than a week later, my account has still not been credited with the bundle. I have called and emailed with no results. Now I am asking for a refund and a PAC to port to another network and they said it is not possible. Nobody should use this useless network.

Absolute rubbish service. Tried to register a new SIM to transfer to Lyca. Can't register. Asks for the alternative Lyca number. I am supposed to dial 132# to get the alternative number but, it does not work. Just get invalid request. So try and call Lyca using the 332 number from phone using the new number. Can't contact them as it says you do not have enough credit even though the sim I purchaed was for unlimited texts and calls with 6GB of data. Tried calling the help desk from another mobile only to be told it's cosed this at 3pm on a Sunday. Absolutely useless with rubbish customer services. Will switch to another service that can actually provide customer services and allow you to register a number. Would ask for my money back but doubt if I can get in touch with them.

I bought a Lycamobile sim card for my holiday in Switzerland. Knowing that I would travel to Italy, I purchased a package that included roaming. Once I arrived in Italy the roaming stopped working after only a few hours. I could not call customer service (the call actually disconnected) and sent them several emails to which I eventually received a reply that 'they had some technical issues' and would be addressed as soon as possible. Roaming never worked for me. I then requested a refund for the week lost (and to give the company the opportunity to redeem itself)and after several more emails and 'an investigation', the request was denied. Customer service is atrocious and I would not purchase another product from this company.

I am a Lycamobile customer for over 10 years and was always happy with the service until recently when I renewed my 12 months bundle on 19 October 2023. I wanted to renew the bundle on my existing Lycamobile number, but then I realized that by mistake, instead of renewing the bundle on my existing number, I purchased the same bundle as a new customer. Since their customer services were closed that evening, I called Lycamobile straight away the next morning, (Friday, 20 October 2023), to cancel the bundle with immediate effect. I was told that they cancelled the bundle and the money will be refunded between 2 to 5 working days. As the money was not refunded, I called Lycamobile customer services again on 23 October 2023 to see why the money has not been refunded. When I called the second time, they told me that I should be refunded within 5 to 7 working days; but no refund received. Then I called them again on 25 October 2023 to check the progress of the refund, and they told me that the money should be on my account on Monday, 30 October 2023; however, checking my account, there is no refund received. I called on Monday, 30 October 2023 to see why I did not receive the refund, and was told that it should be on my account later yesterday or the latest today; but I did not receive any refund yet. As I said, I was happy with their service until now; but now, when I made a mistake and renewed the bundle by purchasing as new customer, and in the same time I also renewed the same bundle on he existing number, they seem to ignore all my requests to process the refund. Meanwhile, I am left with two bundles since they did not refund or refuse to refund the money I pay for the second bundle. I do not recommend Lycamobile to anyone simply because if you make a honest mistake, you are left in your own since they do not have the courtesy help you; their customer service is terrible, to say the least..

Worst mobile network can hardly receive calls customer service is dire they never are able to help just a say system is down call back in 2 hours. The data speed is ok if you can get signal but they don’t support voip so if you’re using data you can’t receive calls and vice versa. Had it for two months and had to cancel.

Ordered what seemed to be a good deal for a auto renew one monthly contract through money supermarket.com. Pay monthly £5.99 for unlimted calls and text and 15gb data. Before ordering I had found out that they use the EE network and checked coverage for my living area which was good indoors and outside. The infomation on email said insert sim and package will be activated and phone number would be texted over. Sim came in post and once installed in phone no network sign came up on phone and then just 1 bar intermittently. Even with weak signal no message came through. I took phone to a differnet location with better signal but still no activation message. I tried to contact Lycromobile through the customer service number and it does not give you access to speak to anybody. I believe they have sent me a top up sim card because I finally got a message saying you need to top up sim. Having no signal at home obviously of no use whats so ever so I am binning the card and righting off the £5.99. Also contacted my bank to advise them not to allow them any further payments. Feel like I have been scammed by this company. My advise. DONT BOTHER!!!

I received a sim from them 3 days ago. If I try to make a call or use data it tells me I have none of either but I have actually signed up on the 200gb new customer plan. Tried phoning customer services and gave up after waiting in the call que for over 15 minutes. I installed the lyca app afterwards and that shows I've been sent a pay as you go sim with no plan attributed to the sim. So far I've paid £9.99 for a sim card. Update, the next morning. After going around in circles for ages on the lyca help line I've managed to get through today after a long wait in the call que. I really struggled to understand the foreign woman that answered and I had to keep repeating what the issue is because she couldn't understand my ordinary English accent properly. She seemed clueless, said she'd escalated the issue and wants me to phone again in 24 hours. Think I'll be cancelling the contract. Another update, I had a text after phone call stating no need to phone them again and they will look into my case. Lyca have taken the first £9.99 and all I've got is a pay as you go sim with no credit. Day 3 now and nothings been done by them.

Horrendous network. Barred access to texts, calls and access for no apparent reason without explanation and then demanded money to reconnect the network as well as to send a PAC code to transfer away. Avoid at all costs

Very bad service. People can hack your number very easily. And customer service is not helpful with that. How funny. It’s like I am paying not for my network, it’s for hackers.

Complete waste of time, signed up for a new SIM and monthly bundle. 6 emails confirming order, the exact time the SIM was posted, expect package, ready to go etc and then... Worthless! Followed all instructions, constantly calling help desk and put on hold and still unable to get some to activate. Absolute waste of time and money, worst network I've come across so far (and I have seen some rough fly by night networks). Do not waste time with this company and choose any other network

They re-design the dashboard and webpage, when you want to recharge your bill, the system automatic choose the autopay, but you can not cancel autopay by yourself, same as the saved cards in your account couldn't delete by yourself too. Its a totally robbery in real life.

Supposed to be 5G, I have a 5G phone, never more than 4G even in London, Birmingham or Liverpool. Reception and speed is appalling, despite supposedly using EE fast network. Coverage is so bad I will be changing after only 3 months. Thank God I didn't sign a contract!

crappie co pany, been with then for over ten years, been okay U till beginning of the year.. this company has gone downhill like a ton of brick.. They don't seems to care any more, I wanted to leave.. requested the PAC code on three occasions via sms.. no reply. tried to ring the help line on ten occasions.. unable to get through to speak to anyone... I am fluming at the moment.

No one answers customer service call. I have been holding 55 minutes then I ended the call. Have serious international network issues. Can't make/receive calls. No one to talk talk.

Purchased a SIM from Lyca Mobile on a very cheap deal. Received the New SIM card within a couple of days. Put in a transfer request for my old mobile number to be transferred to the new Lyca number. Have now been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my old number to be transferred which should only take a couple of days. Emailed Lyca customer services on a number of occasions, get replies back after a number of days saying they are investigating it but they don't seem to be doing much to resolve the issue. Also called their customer service number on a few occasions to resolve same issue and have had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to answer. All they say is they need to investigate it. Still waiting for my old number to be transferred, so I am probably missing important phone calls. Also the network seems to have lost connection on a number of occasions since I have been with them. I do not recommend Lyca.

The worst mobile company ever since the cyber attack. Never resolved anything for a large amount of their customers. I had no network for 2 weeks, and finally gave up trying now moved to a new provider that works.

When I bought my SIM card I couldn’t register, but I could use it normally without registration. Now when my data is expired I cannot recharge, plus online support like chat and hotline never worked!!! So I need to buy new SIM card

Access to the website is very hard, purchases of recharges are recorded randomly, sometimes new recharges are not applied. Impossible to reach out to the company and the chat service is barely useful. I do not recommend this service.
