“Called to see if someone could come look at our washer that isn’t working correctly. Was told appt would be one week out but couldn’t give a time. We would receive a call the night before with a time. Call never happened. Technician called the morning off. You have the absolute worst means of scheduling appoints ever. It’s 2024…. Get with the times!!!”

“We have purchased appliances from Mark's for the past 16 years. We will always be customers of Mark's. Customer service is fantastic, products are dependable, and any work needed under warranty has always been taken care of as soon as possible. It's a great businees and great employees.”

“I needed a service call for my dishwasher. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I appreciated greatly. The service tech, Cameron, was knowlegable and very polite and helpful. The parts needed for the repair are no longer available, so I went to your store to shop for a new dishwasher. Kevin was very helpful in helping me find the dishwasher with all the options I was looking for. Your store is a very nice place to shop and your employees are great.”

“I recommend Mark's Appliance. Excellent customer service! They are reasonably priced considering the high end products offered. Paula Toenjes was extremely helpful in recommending the best appliances to meet our needs. This was a much better experience than shopping in a department store. No pressure; just knowledgeable staff working to offer the best product.”

“Easy to work with. They know their business and take the extra steps to satisfy your requirements. We have bought kitchen products, washers and dryers for our selves and family members from them and always were happy with the results. They service what they sell and the few times when we have needed service they have been outstanding.”
