“My experience at Mark's Appliance was super! First, there were so many appliances on the show-room floor that I could examine instead of just read about on a description sheet or on-line. I "met" the appliances "in person"! While there were many appliances, the store did not feel crowded, but well-organized and clean. Most importantly, Paula took good care of me. She knows how to treat a customer. I'm not one who wants a clerk hovering over me. She right away said for me to go looking, touching, opening doors, exploring the appliances on my own. She was within hearing distance to answer any questions. Then, when I was ready for her, she left her desk, came out onto the floor, and helped me to select the best appliances to fit my needs. She was so helpful without being pushy at all. When I returned after about 2 weeks to actually purchase the 7 appliances for my new house, Paula knew who I was, remembering my face and name! I was impressed. I learned that after I had left the store following my initial visit, she had continued to work on getting me the best deal possible, resulting in saving me an extra $200! What a pleasant surprise when I came in 2 weeks later to make the purchase! I have since told several different people about my great experience at Mark's Appliance!”

“I viewed the refrigerator I bought online. I had questions regarding dimensions, delivery and pickup, and specifics regarding the GE model I bought. I called, the phone was answered by Paula, who is knowledgeable and helpful. I was informed regarding the delivery schedule; with added help in consideration of my time. The delivery crew were friendly and professional. I appreciate all that I have mentioned here; that is rare if possible in the big box stores. The prices are competitive and you get personal, friendly, knowledgeable attention.”

“We were shopping for a new dishwasher. Sales person in Jerseyville was very informative and helpful. We were able to purchase what we wanted. Delivery and installation was an option, but we chose to pick up the dishwasher, the same day at the Edwardsville warehouse and install ourselves. The new dishwasher was up and running by early afternoon the same day!”

“The employee was great to work with. He was helpful and knowledgable. he was a straight shoooter and helped me find e what i wass lookiing for. He did not try to sell me more than what I needed. I ordered a washer & dryer, but before being delivered, found out that I did not need them anymore. I was able to cancel my order and get a full refund. I had a great experience with Mark's Appliance!”

“Called the store and they had the model and color of a side by side refrigerator that that I had been looking for! I would have to wait 2 months if I ordered it from anywhere! The staff was great and I will get my refrigerator in less than a week! Kudos to Mark’s Appliances! I highly recommend this store.”

“After honoring my warranty on 6/19/24, We are still waiting for the parts needed for repair as of 8/9/24. No communication to us unless we called. Very poor service.”

“I work for an assisted living facility, everytime i call Mark's Appliance I am treated like one of their bigger contractors. truth is i only call once or twice a year. wether its an install, service or just a question, they are on top of it.”
