My experience at Mark's Appliance was super! First, there were so many appliances on the show-room floor that I could examine instead of just read about on a description sheet or on-line. I "met" the appliances "in person"! While there were many appliances, the store did not feel crowded, but well-organized and clean. Most importantly, Paula took good care of me. She knows how to treat a customer. I'm not one who wants a clerk hovering over me. She right away said for me to go looking, touching, opening doors, exploring the appliances on my own. She was within hearing distance to answer any questions. Then, when I was ready for her, she left her desk, came out onto the floor, and helped me to select the best appliances to fit my needs. She was so helpful without being pushy at all. When I returned after about 2 weeks to actually purchase the 7 appliances for my new house, Paula knew who I was, remembering my face and name! I was impressed. I learned that after I had left the store following my initial visit, she had continued to work on getting me the best deal possible, resulting in saving me an extra $200! What a pleasant surprise when I came in 2 weeks later to make the purchase! I have since told several different people about my great experience at Mark's Appliance!
