I viewed the refrigerator I bought online. I had questions regarding dimensions, delivery and pickup, and specifics regarding the GE model I bought. I called, the phone was answered by Paula, who is knowledgeable and helpful. I was informed regarding the delivery schedule; with added help in consideration of my time. The delivery crew were friendly and professional. I appreciate all that I have mentioned here; that is rare if possible in the big box stores. The prices are competitive and you get personal, friendly, knowledgeable attention.
