My low rating is due to the fact that the technician didn’t even attempt to fix our dishwasher or determine what was wrong. Instead he was set on the fact that it was over 10 years old and we should get a new one. We purchased the new dishwasher and it didn’t work right away. This technician determined that our recently replaced garage disposal was causing our dishwasher not to work. Once the garage disposal was fixed, our dishwasher worked, causing us to determine that we most likely didn’t need a new dishwasher, the garbage disposal may have caused the old one to temporarily stop working.”
