“I've actually been waiting over three (3) years for a refrigerator that matches my stove and microwave. The previous customer service was terrible as they mismeasured and had to send the original refrigerator back and Jacob failed to return my calls nor missed scheduled appointments to return and, once again, measure the space for the appliance. I have never ever experienced such poor customer service. Now - I am working with a Todd, whom is much better and seemed concerned that this order has taken so long. Hopefully, we can get this corrected and I get a refrigerator after wiating over threee years.”

“Kevin was so unbelievably condescending to my wife when she came in to look at options for a new washer that we will NEVER be using Mark's appliances going forward. At least not while Kevin is there. He talked down to her the entire time she was there, belittling her and insulting her intelligence. He made her feel incompetent after she mentioned that our past two wash machines have only managed to make it 5-6 years. Both have been cheaper brands/models and with a quick search online that is unfortunately VERY common life span for many poorly made appliances, not just washers. We wanted to finally get something higher quality that would last longer. We went with a SpeedQueen and found multiple salesmen at Terry's Appliances who were very friendly, and helpful, and never once did they talk down to me or my wife.”
