“All repair people were excellent and courteous. I am not thrilled with the Whilpool clothes washer which seems to not be able to be fixed. Thank you for the loaner Maytag washing machine.”

“Brent is excellent we told him what we wanted and he took us right to it, he answered all of our questions and was very professional and down to earth. My only suggestion would be that you wait until after the appliance has been delivered before you send a survey out so we can really make a good review, but so far excellent.”

“I had my refrigerator delivered today by two caring young men from Mark's Appliance. They made sure it was plugged in and running and temperatures set, shelves adjusted, leveled, etc. Really appreciated this fine service. Around 16 years ago we remodeled our kitchen and purchased Maytag products from Mark's. I love the electric stove with small oven on top, also the refrigerator with pull-out freezer at the bottom, dishwasher and microwave. Since then I have also bought a Maytag high efficiency washer and dryer from you. Enjoy the great service every time. Keep up the great work!! Carol Sue Carnes - Brussels, IL”

“Mark is so helpful. Our microware went out on a Friday afternoon shortly before they were closing and we hurried down to the store with the measurements. Mark showed us which microwaves would work and we selected the one we liked. The next day is was installed. Thank you so much, Mark. We buy all appliances from Marks.”
