When Riley and Jake arrived well within the delivery time window, they got right to work. In no time at all, my old range had been removed and the new range was brought in and installed, and with care and attention to detail. They made it look easy which means they are REALLY knowledgeable and good at what they do. These two guys were courteous, respectful, efficient and very professional - they were great!! Beth, the interaction was quite the contrary. You were extremely rude and angry towards our staff, and declined our service. Plus, the issue you're experiencing is stemming from a dishwasher that didn't come from us. I suggest purchasing units from a store that actually does their own service.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our store. Unfortunately, some appliances don't work correctly out of the box. I see we did exchange this in-house, which any big box store would not do, and they would leave it up to the manufacturer to exchange it. This can result in over 6 months of waiting on them.
