It had to be just the right size to fit in the space where refrigerators go in our kitchen. Mary was wonderful getting the sale organized. As it occurred over New Years holiday we had to wait longer than we wanted but the weather was cold enough that our front porch served as a refrig for a few days. “I think you need to unbox the appliances prior to delivery to check for damages. In the future I will insist that is to be done before I accept delivery”
“Customer service was in adequate. A very old man was very confused, not his fault, though. Also, when the installation crew came, they did not connect the exhaust and I called and sent a pic via text and the person told me it was strange, was I sure, this is not right. He was doubting my explanation. Lastly, you charge for installing. I will nEVer purchase anything again.”
“Marks appliances searched for a refrigerator for us for a limited space, and brought us a loaner refrigerator while we waited for the new one. Their sales and customer service are both top notch always keeping us informed.”
“We bought a dishwasher, a dryer, and a microwave from Mark's Appliance. We paid to have them installed. For technical reasons, Mark's couldn't install the dishwasher, so I had someone else do the installation. I then forgot about it. A few weeks laater, I got a check in the mail. They had refunded me the money for installation.
They brought out good product, at reasonable prices, and were great to deal with.”
“The diagnostics are well done and the service quality is high. It simply takes a long time (a week or two) to get a service tech to the house. We have purchased several appliances from Mark's and will continue to do so. The people are wonderful. I simply wish that service were more prompt.”
