“I was shopping for a dishwasher and stopped by Mark's Appliances for pricing. I spoke with a gentleman named Abe. He provided pricing which was less than another business quoted. I mentioned how the dishwasher was placed in my kitchen and he asked if I could send some pictures to show how the dishwasher plumbing was situated. I sent him the pictures as he had requested and he mentioned he would get back to me as soon as his boss got out of a meeting. Abe never responded the rest of that day, nor the next or next. I was deeply disappointed.
I have since had a new dishwasher delivered from a local business and it has been installed without any issues.”

It is out of his character, but he took responsibility for this falling through the cracks. I do apologize for your time wasted on waiting on his reply that never came.
