We bought a stove from them. It didn’t work right took them months he kept telling us they had to order parts. We kept waiting, waiting waiting. Finally we just told him to come get the stove. We ended up buying another one from them but it cost us a lot more money.

Hi Regina, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the unfortunate situation you were put in with the Beko range. Since this situation, we no longer display Beko kitchen products, as their service department has proven difficult to work with as far as getting parts. I apologize you were the victim of this. We did try to make it right by accepting an exchange to a different brand. I understand it was more money. If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know. The sales force and the installation crew do a fantastic job! The tracking & inventory system needs some improvement as a customer, I like to be informed of when I can expect my appliance.

Everyone is very helpful at Mark's Appliance. They stay intouch and have always delivered their products as promised. In most cases, they are very competetive with their pricing.

Wonderful place to look for appliances. Local and family owned. Better service than big box stores. They helped me find the best option for my situation and no high pressure sales.

I called to see if they had a specific model and was told that they did; however, when I drove 30 minutes to get there, they did not. The sales person tried to talk me into a model that did not have the features I wanted. The rep repeatedly contacted me to tell me I didn’t need the feature and that there are work arounds. It was extremely annoying. On top of that, they asked me if I wanted to open a synchrony home account and I said that I already had one and the sales rep said he would check on it for me because I said I didn’t know the number. What he actually did was opened a new synchrony home account, which I did not want and immediately closed, all in all it was an exceedingly irritating and frustrating set of interactions with this company and I will absolutely never return.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry this has been your experience with us. We cannot open a Synchrony account on behalf of anyone, as Synchrony needs a social security number, ID number, and personal information from the customer to do so, as well as a digital signature authorizing an account creation, so I don't see how anyone would have been able to do that without you doing it yourself at our showroom. I apologize for the frustrating and annoying salesperson you were dealing with. Thank you again for your feedback.

Mark’s Appliance is great to work with. The GE Profile washer we chose on the other hand is horrible. We are not happy with the washer at all, which is not Mark’s Appliance’s fault. The pre-set settings are not right, and at first all our loads were coming out with like white powder stains on everything, & we don’t use powder…we use Tide Pods. There was never enough water in the loads to properly wash the clothes. After experimenting with different settings, I now use the white cycle only & use deep fill and choose my water temp, soil level, spin speed, etc. You have to load very carefully or the washer goes off balance. Never experienced any of these issues with any other washers we’ve had. Things are coming out okay now, but it’s a pain to have to reset all the buttons for each load.

Our experience was very positive and with sales, delivery and setup. We had a warranty question and the tech was informative and very respectful. We had a question about the internet connection and I believe the owner responded and help us work through the issue. He spent the time to discuss several things concerning the operation of the range.

Mark's Appliance offered me just what I wanted: some new basic appliances for my laundry and kitchen. They didn't try to upsell me. The delivery folks could have been more responsive. They got the job done but seemed in a hurry and didn't give great directions on use of the appliances. I would recommend them and would buy there again.

I thought we would support locally owned small business but never again. I will never recommend Marks Appliance to anyone. I dont even like what i purchased. Thexsalesman made it serm that was all tgat was avail unless we want a $5000.washer.
