Hello.
Upon delivering your first dishwasher, we unboxed and saw it was damaged. We then swapped it out two days later with a new one. Unfortunately, we can't control quality control from the manufacturing process. We did fix this issue promptly.
“The staff is always very helpful and courteous and will go the extra effort to try and get the appliance to suit the customer. However, disappointed in the refrigerator selection. Wanted a counter depth french door refridgerator arount $2000, but didn't have any. Got a great deal at Lowes for $1800 on a LG. Purchased a Whirlpool Microwave at Mark's appliance and found out after installation that the down light shined in the back, not over the stove. How stupid. Manufacturer's fault.”
“I called and asked for a service appt. on 2/3. Was told it would be almost 2 weeks for a $150 diagnostics appt. (just to put a belt back on a dryer, and that's not counting the parts/labor). I asked to be put on the waitlist until the scheduled appt. (because who cam wait two weeks for a working dryer?) ... but I never heard back on anything, not even the appt. However, I was sent this survey on 2/15 as though I have had an appointment. We will never come back to Mark's, sadly. You have outgrown yourselves. (Thankfully, we have other timely and reasonably priced appliance options in the Eville/Glen Carbon.)”
