“We purchased anew refrigerator and gas range from you because I felt we would get a good product and mostly good service. We are very disappointed with the range and service for the problems we have experience with it. We have tried what service suggested and still not getting good results. Backing still not backing evenly and burners still sometimes erratic. Not what I expected from Marks. Warranty getting close to Eden of time and still not happy with product. Refrigerator is fine. Would appreciate getting this resolved.”

“We’ve been replacing appliances the last few years as they have aged and wore out. Mark’s has been great at replacing every one and repairing the washer and dryer. Not quite as quick at getting the current appliance replaced or the salesman returning a call. But, we do get an email usually same day that we call for updates.”

“The dishwasher installation went fine but, they tracked water from the kitchen on 19 down the elevator and all the way back out to their truck. I would think that you could contain the water leaving the building. I shouldn't have to clean up after them.
