“My experience is that Mark’s employee’s are extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to all my concerns. Even though my house is still under construction and the appliances aren’t in, Mark’s Appliance has promised ( when the construction is complete they will come out to install the appliances) and I thank them for that. This company goes a step above so many other companies to accommodate their customers. So much thanks.”
“Mark's continues to prove that customer service is their prority. We've had a periodic problem with a range that recurred every 9-12 months. Of course they supported it well at each of the first tow times. Then it happened a third time and they decided to replace the unit without question.
