“I've sent a much longer review of the terrible experience I had, but the sales representative was deceptive, the product I was told would arrive within three weeks took over two months to arrive, at which point they were more than 2 hours late and when they arrived they did not help move them into the house and in fact blocked the door to the property with the products forcing me to move them all by myself. Numerous times during the delayed delivery I called the store and the staff seemed disinterested in my business. Finally, after the terrible experience, knowing I own numerous properties, they had the audacity to then ask if I wanted to buy more before even resolving my current problem.”
Hi James. The order you're referring to was delayed due to our manufacturer logistics as we were getting out of COVID delays. This is something out of our control. As for the delivery, you are sent a 4 hour time frame via email and text the night before as well as notifications when the crew is on the way, and the delivery occurred within the time frame. The time frame is big, because appliance installs can vary in time depending on plumbing, electrical, etc. from house-to-house. We dropped the appliances off for free, which is what you opted to do. We don't enter the home on a free, drop-off delivery, and this policy is clear in our delivery guidelines. I'm sorry this was such a bad experience for you. We do not aim to have our customers have this experience with us whatsoever.
