“6 months of being ignored, empty promises, no call backs, no result, poor service, being handled by diffrent subcontractors that are not even up to standard.....the list goes on! I had a 3rd party claim, car written off stuck having to use another person's car to get to work and some days not even able to collect my kids and being charged obscene amounts for being late, having to use public transport and this is all because marshmallow ins is inadequate to handle things or deal with claims. You promise your clients the world but do not provide the service you set out to provide as promised. 6 mo the and I have not been paid out with lies everyday from employee! I will not recommended this company and if you are with them consider changing before they do you in too.”
“Marshmallow is just amazing, I used to be charged 200£ a month with my previous insurer, when marshmallow offered me the same package at half the price.
It is also really easy to update details to your policy, just go online and do it yourself, they'll let you know if there's a difference + or - and they'll refund or add to your policy.
I am well happy with Marshmallow and I couldn't find a better offer

“Their customer/driver hit into my car and after months of denying it she finally admitted fault. Having already paid the excess to my insurance company, I have been trying to get it reimbursed by Marshmallow for months! They take 2 hours to answer the phone and when they do, they say the same thing....I cant speak to a manager, they will email and escalate to get me reimbursed etc. But nothing. Then they ignore my emails and never Reply. The last email 3 weeks ago asked me for my bank details but I still haven't received my excess. Lying robbing thieves. Bunch of cowboys and these ' positive' reviews look fake too! Don't use them. They're cheap for a reason!”

“Awful customer experience. Wrote to me to say I needed to cancel my policy and charge me £50 in process as they won’t cover a car with airscarf modification not able to articulate why (it’s just a warm air vent for neck on cabriolet cars) can’t speak to a real person either!!”
