I have been without a car now for two weeks and have just rang them again this morning and suprise suprise systems are down and have been promised a call back… this won’t happen!!! Honestly pay a bit extra and DO NOT insure with Marshmallow.. when they wanted my business they couldn’t have been more helpful… it’s a joke”

“At the start they accepted my full NCD 7 years no claims bonus. But after two years with them I asked to send me new NCD and it was for only 2 years (I repeat that they previously accepted 7 years NCD provided them with). Now I have problem with my new insurer as they accept only one statement for NCD. I asked again to send full NCD report but they refused. This is just dreadful experience as they stole 7 years of my NCD they previously accepted!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”
