“This company is a nightmare, you can never speak to someone because their entire customer service is done via text. You have to use the chat function and wait until someone has seen your message, and it takes a long time. If something needs escalating they tell you a manager will email you later. Nothing is resolved in a timely personable way, and the chat agents are unhelpful. Don’t use them if you like being able to manage your finances effectively and quickly, everything takes forever.”
